iFLY Dallas Overview
iFLY Dallas (also known as iFLY Frisco) is a 14-foot (4.3 m) recirculating tunnel in operation since 2013. The tunnel features a 48-foot (14.6 m) chamber height with a top speed of 171 mph (275 km/h).
This Gen 6 tunnel is the second-oldest wind tunnel in Texas, after iFLY Austin. The tunnel is located next to the Stonebriar Centre shopping mall in the community of Frisco, which is approximately 30 minutes north of downtown Dallas.
iFLY Dallas isn’t the only opportunity for indoor skydiving Dallas-Fort Worth has to offer, however. There is another iFLY to the west, in Fort Worth proper, and an Urban Air Trampoline Park tunnel also in Fort Worth.
Including iFLY Dallas, Texas is home to a whopping nine total tunnels, more wind tunnels than any other state in the U.S. These tunnels include iFLY Houston Woodlands, iFLY Houston Memorial, iFLY San Antonio, iFLY Fort Worth, iFLY Austin, iFLY El Paso, and two tunnels at Urban Air Trampoline Parks in Bee Cave and Forth Worth.

Paid for video. Went to down load, sample video too short to determine which video to download. Quality was also bad. Return to request refund and was refused. Do NOT order video. They do not stand behind their product.

Here’s my scathing review. My husband always wanted to skydive, in our young years it never came to pass. We’re older now and can afford to do this, so for his 60th B/Day I wanted to surprise him with this experience. We are both overweight, me 185, him 270, yes I know. The website states that the weight limit is 300lbs, great, we are below that, just need to let the instructor know if we are over 260lbs, which of course we did, paid my money, set the date & time. The date is here, surprise, Happy birthday! It’s a 1 hour drive for us, we are told to arrive at 9:45 for a 10am appointment, we get there at 9:30, we’ve done everything we were told to do, ONLY TO BE TURNED AWAY BY THE INSTRUCTOR!!!! He told the front desk that he “couldn’t take us today”, they said we could reschedule, but the same thing can happen again. We ask “can we call ahead to see who the instructor is and if they can take us on the scheduled day? We were told no because they can’t divulge that information! What is going on here???? We have paid our “non-refundable” money, scheduled our date & time, followed all the rules, arrival time and restrictions only to be told no, at the instructors whim, they can refuse to take you???? No real explanation. I feel certain it’s about weight issues, which I get, except for the fact that the website says weight limit is 300lbs, apparently the weight limit is really 260lbs despite their website. Don’t say 300lbs, take my money, then refuse to provide the service we paid for!!!! So, instead of a great 60th birthday memory, we left angry, embarrassed and very disappointed. Bottom line, if your weight is between 260 & 300lbs, don’t spend your money here, they don’t want to fly with you!!!! I will push for a refund!

Great experience with our two grandchildren, ages 4 and 7. Kendall was a wonderful instructor and especially with the kids. Although she was also very patient with this grandfather too. Have already bought next tickets for our return. Thanks to everybody at iFLY for making this so much fun.

I purchased i flight experience via groupon for May 17, 2017 as my birthday gift. The offer included a video of my flight. I never recieved the video. I then purchased the video via the Ifly website and paid 10.72 for it. They sent me an email to download it but I have not been able to download it. I have called twice and emailed twice to no avail. Still to this date I have not been able to download my video. The link takes me to a blue screen and there is not button to click to view my video. I am very dissapointed.
