The iFLY Montreal Wind Tunnel
The wind tunnel at iFLY Montreal is a state-of-the-art 14-foot recirculating tunnel that produces a super-smooth, super-fast, and super-cool flying experience.
It was manufactured by iFLY Tunnel Systems (formerly, SkyVenture) and opened in 2009, making iFLY Montreal one of the oldest indoor skydiving locations in the world. Its sister location in Toronto offers a similar experience, opening its doors to the public in 2014. The tunnel is super-smooth, super-fast, and super-cool.
The iFLY Montreal Experience
Before you jump into the tunnel, you'll receive a pre-flight briefing from trained instructors. They'll go over the safety guidelines and explain how to achieve proper body positioning for the best flying experience. Then it's time to gear up with a jumpsuit, helmet, goggles, and earplugs before heading to the tunnel.
Once inside the flight chamber, you'll feel the sensation of weightlessness and, with the helo of an iFLY instructor, you'll be able to start learning how to control your movements to fly around the tunnel.
Who Can Fly?
Even if you've never flown before, iFLY is accessible to all abilities, including wheelchair users. They encourage everyone to come and experience the joy of flight.
There are some age limits and restrictions on who can fly. Flyers must be at least four years of age, and under 18s need to have parental consent. iFLY is also not recommended for those who have ever had a shoulder dislocation, back or neck injuries, heart conditions, or who are pregnant. If you have any such condition, make sure to call and speak with the staff at iFLY before you make your booking.

The pricing for iFLY starts at $59.99 per flyer for two flights, with packages up to $299.99 for ten flights. They also offer group packages, event packages, and birthday party packages for an unforgettable experience.
