iFLY Austin Overview
iFLY Austin is a 14-foot (4.3 m) recirculating wind tunnel in operation since 2013. The tunnel features a 48-foot (14.6 m) chamber height with a top speed of 171 mph (275 km/h).
This location was the first 14-foot recirculating, air-conditioned tunnel in the world. It was also the first to feature quick-open doors, allowing access to the antechamber while the tunnel is in operation without the need for an airlock.
iFLY Austin isn’t just the oldest wind tunnel in Texas, it’s a historic site for the sport of bodyflight. This Generation 6 tunnel hosted the 1st World Air Sports Federation (FAI) Indoor Skydiving World Cup in 2014. As a result, iFLY Austin holds a special place in the hearts of tunnel flyers from around the world.
iFLY Austin pricing is comparable to most other iFLY tunnels, with “Super Saver” two-flight packages at $64.99 and standard two-flight packages at $84.99. Including iFLY Austin, Texas is home to a whopping nine total tunnels, more wind tunnels than any other state in the U.S. These tunnels include iFLY Houston Woodlands, iFLY Houston Memorial, iFLY San Antonio, iFLY Fort Worth, iFLY Dallas, iFLY El Paso, and two tunnels at Urban Air Trampoline Parks in Bee Cave and Forth Worth.

⚠️⚠️⚠️Military beware!!!!!! This is how they treated a prior Vet and a active duty personnel!!!⚠️⚠️⚠️
Had the worse experience with two of the employees that work at your Austin site. When we came in One of the employee yells across people to tell me wife that she needs to put her mask on. She was explaining that she had her vaccination being that she was in the army. He still yelling over people to put her mask on while she was trying to get her mask out. He shouted are you going to leave or put you leave mask on, while she was taking a mask out of her purse. So I yelled back across the customer to your assistant to show how disrespectful that was. Then the assistant next to him looked and rolled there eyes at me. Then Denied he did that while I’m looking at him In the eyes. Then we proceed up stairs and the same shity ass employees comes up stairs to say something smart to another employee. They both slow look at me so I walk up and ask what’s the problem. Then the both go to saying oh no we was looking at the lockers.
