The Chaijinda Wind Tunnel was built in Cha-Am, Thailand, for the Thai Air Support Division – a special operations unit of the Royal Thai Police – but is also open for members of the public who wish to have an indoor skydiving experience in Thailand.

The wind tunnel serves as a more efficient and safe way to train officers to skydive. On the job, they will often be expected to perform skydiving manoeuvres with heavy packs of equipment. The Chaijinda Wind Tunnel allows them to build confidence and improve their skills in a controlled environment.

The tunnel, which was built by Czech Republic manufacturer, Strojirna Litvinov, consists of 2 buildings: the wind tunnel building and the clubhouse building. The wind tunnel building is 27 meters long, 10.5 meters wide and 34 meters high. The tunnel itself has a diameter of 4.3 meters and a height of 15 meters. The tunnel can be used to train 4-6 people at a time.
