iFLY Durham has been announced as a new indoor skydiving facility project from industry behemoth, iFLY World. This wind tunnel is expected to open in 2024 but a more specific date will be announced once they begin construction.

Once it opens its door, iFLY Durham will become the fourth indoor skydiving location in North Carolina, after the launch of iFLY Wilmington in 2023 (currently under construction).
