The founders of Luxfly Skydive are Steve & Magali Braff from Starfly World (an indoor skydiving consultancy agency), they are also the brain behind the first wind tunnel in Belgium. The two of them are also well known for their involvement with Airspace in Charleroi.
The Luxfly Skydive Wind Tunnel

The founders chose to work together with Tunnel Tech, because of their world-class technological capabilities and their latest generation of wind tunnels that will definitely leave a mark on the industry. This combination created unbeatable strength and ideologies in the business and we are yet to find any other organizations that can much up to their potential and capability.
The result is a beautiful, state-of-art wind tunnel that features a 21-meter tall, 4.6-meter (15 ft) wide flight chamber. The dual recirculating technology uses 4 powerful fans above the flight chamber to pull air up and through the system before it loops back around again.
The Luxfly Skydive Experience
At Luxfly Skydive, the experience is nothing short of exhilarating from start to finish. As soon as you arrive and check in, you'll begin to feel the excitement building. You'll be provided with your bodyflight gear, including a jumpsuit, a helmet, goggles and earplugs. You don't need to bring a thing! Just some comfy clothes and some lace-up shoes.
Next, you'll be given a full briefing and training session from your instructor. Here you'll learn about the basics of controlling your body in freefall, as well as some safety aspects and hand signals to help with communication inside the tunnel.
Once your instructor sees that you're ready to go it will finally be time to step into the tunnel for the first time. With the help of your instructor, you'll be able to lie down on the cushion of air and experience true weightlessness for the first time. It's an incredible feeling!

Before each flight, customers receive a pre-flight orientation, where the qualified instructors teach them about proper body position and hand signals to ensure a safe and enjoyable flight experience. Who Can Try Luxfly Skydive?
Almost any can try indoor skydiving at Luxfly Skydive. There's no previous experience required, just a relatively good state of health. Even people with physical and cognitive disabilities can try indoor skydiving at Luxfly Skydive!
There are a few things to consider before booking:
- Children above the age of 4 can participate
- Anyone with a previous heart, back or neck condition should consult with a doctor
- Anyone who has previous experienced a shoulder dislocation should not participate
- Indoor skydiving is not suitable for pregnant women
